Got a Spine Scholarship Winner 2014

Savannah Bree Wardle was chosen as this year's Got a Spine Scholarship winner. The deadline for applications was June 2, 2014. Savannah is from Carlsbad, California and attends Carlsbad High School. She plans on attending the University of California Davis in the fall of 2014. Savannah plans on majoring in pharmaceutical chemistry where she would like to develop new drugs for genetic disorders.

Message from Savannah:
"I am so thrilled to have received this scholarship! This will greatly help my mother, as she has raised my on her own since I was twelve. She has vowed to help me achieve my dream, which is attending a four year university, sacrificing anything for my benefit. School has been my whole life. I have strived for straight A's for as long as I can remember. It has been my priority and my passion. This money, although hugely important, is a mere stepping stone of the great things I plan to accomplish. It only further feeds my drive and diligence. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity."
